Mark Griffin began his career in England as a Building Services engineer working with an engineering contracting company before joining the Property Services Agency in 1986. Within this governmental organization Mark worked for the Museum and Art Galleries Group and the Courthouse Group.

This was followed by a period in the Republic of South Africa with a large consulting engineering practice before returning to London as a senior engineer with a multi-disciplined consultancy group. In 1991 Mark joined Vos Partnership in Sydney working initially as a Senior Engineer before being appointed as an Associate. In 1999 with the formation of VOS Group Pty Limited Mark was appointed a Director and in 2006 became vos group's managing director.
