To this end the acquisition of Hasthill Consultants, Queensland is a major step towards growing an engineering consultancy in both Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Hasthill Consultants was formed in 1991 and offer consulting engineering services within the disciplines of mechanical, electrical, fire, lifts, communications and security. The business has been successfully owned and managed by Len Oldfield who remains a major shareholder in the formation of VOS Group, Queensland. By forming a new company VOS Group, Queensland can now call on the expertise and resources within the VOS Group which is already one of the top 3 building services design engineering companies in Australia. This combination of skills means that additional design services within the disciplines of hydraulics, ESD, water technology and audio visual are now readily available for Queensland based clients.
All senior personnel, irrespective of their primary expertise, are multi-disciplined in their experience and as a result a great deal of technical support and co-ordination takes place automatically between the various disciplines during the design and documentation of a project.
