The project comprised full refurbishment of approximately 17,000m² of office space with prime retail space at ground floor. Building services infrastructure has been fully upgraded with new air conditioning controls and air handling units at each floor level. To maximize the overall building systems efficiency, an energy study and management plan has been developed and implemented in liaison with the Sustainable Energy Development Authority. Floor by floor air conditioning with VAV and economy cycle outside air provisions have been included together with energy efficient T5 lighting and automatic switching control via the building management control system. New backup power diesel generator and upgrade of the lifts controls were also part of the refurbishment. |
