The Department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs (DIMA) has leased four floors of the premises at 9 Wentworth Street, Parramatta to accommodate its regional office. Areas are as follows. Level 1- 1,036m², Level 2- 1,234m², Level 3- 1,234m², Level 4- 1,234m², Total 4,748m². The accommodation comprises both office and client contact areas. Fitout of the office accommodation is be open plan similar to the Department’s existing accommodation at 300 Elizabeth Street in the city. The client contact areas will be set up in accordance with the Department’s ‘model office’ specification and will incorporate more open areas for the Business and Citizenship areas with the Client Service area being a counter style environment. |
