Kensington Hotel Development is a 24,000m² project located within the Dubai Maritime City development. The project is a 19 storey purpose built hotel development comprising basement level carparking, ground floor retail outlets, dining facilities together with 325 hotel rooms. VOS Group is the ESD consultant and is responsible for USGBC LEED accreditation, energy and daylight modeling, developing and implementing sustainability initiatives and also for the technical review of the MEP design to ensure compliance with energy performance targets. In addition VOS Group has recently been awarded the role of commissioning specialist for this project. This project is aiming to achieve LEED Platinum rating, which is the highest score possible. |
