The historically listed council building was maintained with a new three storey building integrated into the envelope. The new building consisted of a police station located on the lower floor, with a library located directly over. VOS Group were responsible for the services with a degree of consideration given to both external & internal lighting, acoustics and maintaining conditions with the library between close tolerances. |
