The project comprised of the design and commissioning of major mission critical electrical, communication, mechanical, fire and hydraulic plant. The new facility was constructed to provide a business recovery facility for one of Australia’s major banking firms. The building is two storey with a 400m² data floor and 3,000m² of people recovery office space. The design, construction and commissioning involved the provision of plant suitably sized to deliver 800 W/m² of electrical load to the data hall space to Tier III reliability. Systems provided included 4x250kVA UPSs, 6x250A STSs and 2 x 1500kVA diesel generator sets. |
