This project comprises a fit-out of 15,600m2 of office space in North Sydney, consisting of 11 storeys. VOS Group secured the contract to provide the interior fit-out with ESD, Mechanical, Electrical, and Hydraulic services in which the ecological sustainable development (ESD) objective is a 4 Green Star and 4.5 Australian Building Greenhouse Rating (ABGR) rating. Energy Efficiency at the site will be achieved through sub metering of major energy users and energy efficient lighting and zoning. Water Efficiency at the site will be achieved through fixture selection and sub metering of major water users. VOS Group is overseeing submission to the Green Building Council of Australia and compliance reporting in accordance with Section J of the BCA.
