Audit and evaluation of existing data centres leading to the refurbishment of the building services serving two data centres based on the recommendations of the evaluation report. The centres were live in operation throughout the refurbishment works. Services were to be designed such that shutdown of the centres was not required. The design and construction involves the refurbishment of existing plant namely UPS replacement, chiller replacement, installation of surge diversion and lightning protection, VESDA replacement, CRAC unit replacement, on-floor distribution board replacement and other miscellaneous mechanical, electrical, fire and hydraulics works. |
