Donal O'Shea

Donal O'Shea, a chartered professional engineer, commenced his career as a building services engineer in 1984. He joined the London office of Ove Arup, a large design and construction multi-disciplined international consulting group as a Mechanical Project Engineer and, later, as a Senior Mechanical Enginner.
Following his arrival in Australia, he began working as a Senior Engineer with Civil and Civic, a large construction company, and later joined Lincolne Scott, a multi-disciplined consulting group, as a Discipline Leader, prior to becoming a Director of VOS Partnership (1989) and Managing Director of VOS Group Pty Limited (1999). |

Glenn commenced his career with Elevators Pty Ltd (EPL) in 1967 and has since then held the following positions: Service Technician, Express Elevators, U.K. (73-74); Repairs Superintendent, EPL Kone, Sydney
(74-87); Lift Inspector, Department of Industrial Relations, Sydney (88-89); Lift Engineer, Lincolne Scott Australia, Sydney (1989); Lift Engineer, VOS Partnership Pty Limited (1990); Director, VOS Group Pty Limited (1999).
During his career Glenn has had 'hands-on' experience in the repair, installation, inspection and the design of vertical transportation equipment and systems. In 2008 Glenn became VOS Group's managing director. |
Steve Tulinsky

Stephen has worked in the building services industry for over 20 years since graduating as a degreed electrical engineer (BE) from UNSW in 1982.; Stephen has a thorough understanding of the services industry and is responsible for the design and management aspects of the VOS Group Electrical Department and VOS Group engineering in general.
Stephen is a member of the Institute of Engineers Australia and started his career with the Department of Housing and Construction in 1982. Since then he has held the following positions: Electrical Services Design Engineer, Lincolne Scott Australia, NSW (1985 ; 88); Senior Electrical Engineer, T.W.A. Consultants (1988-90); Senior Electrical Engineer, Vos Partnership Pty limited (1990); Vos Partnership Pty Limited (1994); Director VOS Group Pty Ltd (1999). During his career Stephen has been associated with the design and documentation of electrical services for large, data centers, commercial and financial institutions, commercial offices, business parks, retail centers and industrial facilities. |
Peter Morton

Peter began his career in 1988 working as a project engineer for Eastaway Air Conditioning, a Sydney based mechanical contracting firm. There he worked on a number of design and construct projects. He has since held the following positions:
Mechanical Services Engineer, St George Air Conditioning (1992-93); Mechanical Services Engineer, Quitstar Air Conditioning (1993-95); Mechanical Services Engineer, Vos Partnership Pty Limited (since 1995); Associate, VOS Group Pty Limited (1999). During his career Mr Morton has been involved in a variety of different projects from their original conceptual form, through tender design and documentation to final completion. His involvement has included the air conditioning, ventilation, heating and other mechanical services in both refurbishment and new development work together with auditing and diagnostic studies on a number of existing sites. |
John O'Leary

John began his career in 1980, undertaking a multi-disciplined apprenticeship with Lorne Stewart, a major UK building services design and construct Contractor. Since then he has progressed from Mechanical Engineer to Senior Mechanical Engineer within Building Services Consultancy at Troup Bywater and Anders (London).
Senior Mechanical Engineer at VOS Group Pty Ltd, Associate VOS Group Pty Ltd. During his career John has been involved in a variety of different projects from their original conceptual form, through tender design and documentation to final completion. His involvement has included the air conditioning, ventilation, heating and other mechanical services in both new development and refurbishment work. |
